Shipping policy

STANDARD DELIVERY
  1. Courier by DHL. Paid orders will be posted in 2 working days (Mon to Fri).
  2. Estimated delivery: WM 3-5 working days; EM 5-8 working days; Singapore 5-8 working days. 
  3. WM shipping fee is RM8, FREE SHIPPING above RM120. 
  4. EM (Sabah & Sarawak) shipping fee is RM18,  FREE SHIPPING above RM200
  5. Singapore shipping fee is RM25, FREE SHIPPING above RM300.

 EXPRESS DELIVERY

  1. Courier by POS LAJU. Paid orders will be posted on the same day Monday to Friday (daily cut off time is 11am).
  2. Estimated delivery: EM 3-5 working days. 
  3. WM Express delivery is temporary not available. 
  4. EM Express shipping fee is RM25.

*Delivery lead time is an estimation only. Once the parcel is handed over to the third party courier service, delivery process is out of Sweet & Classy's control. We will assist to push for the delivery but any delays in parcel deliveries is out of our control and responsibility. 

*We shall not be responsible for the lost parcel if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will be made with our third party courier service and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
