Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. Shop online with no worries as we provide 7-DAYS EASY RETURN & EXCHANGE for original price purchases!
  2. You can return & exchange the clothes you've bought if: UNSUITABLE SIZE / UNSUITABLE STYLE (except bridal veil, belt, inner wear such as bra, shaping pants and Nubra) 
  3. Strictly NO CASH REFUND is allowed (in any condition).

Terms for S&C Return & Exchange Service:
  1. Return request must be submitted through Fb messenger and the item must be posted back to us within 7 days from the day you received your parcel.
  2. The item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tag, no perfume/ sweat smell, no dirt/ make up stains).
  3. Shipping fee for return items should be paid by customers.
  4. We only offer exchange to different size/design, strictly NO CASH REFUND is allowed (in any condition).
  5. Each order is valid for 1 time return & exchange only.
  6. Exchange will be charged RM 8 handling fee for WM order, RM18 for EM order, RM25 for SG order (Handling fee will be charged for all online orders including exchange at the studio). 
  7. All return & exchange must be completed within 7 days from the day you received your parcel. 
  8. All return & exchange requests must be confirmed by Sweet & Classy before the item is posted back to us. Item that is returned without confirmation will not be entertained.
  9. SALE / Discounted / sold out items / items purchased using store credits or discounts are NOT VALID for return & exchange. 
  10. We reserve the right to reject any return & exchange request that do not fulfil our exchange policy.


SALE ITEMS:  

Sale items may contain some imperfections (loose thread/ dust/ small black stains/ yellow stains/ water stains/ small hole and etc.) which are not serious and will not affect the overall appearance. These are not considered defects and no return & exchange will be accepted. Size discrepancies may appear in Sale items as these are the leftover stocks in the warehouse. 


**Color Discrepancies:

Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 10-30% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter.

 **BACKORDERS

a. Backorders are opened for sold out items and  restock from the supplier. 
b. ETA (Estimated Arrival Time) for each backorder item is written at the product page. ETA  for backorders may change/ delay due to unforeseen circumstances. 
c. We apologize that if they are delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. For delayed/ cancelled backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. A Store Credit will be refund to you . 


**BOUNCED PARCEL/ ON HOLD ITEMS

We will contact customers via email or FB message if we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.

Cost of re-delivery charged will be borne by customer.

Bounced parcel or on hold items that are unclaimed after 60 days will be deemed as Sweet & Classy's property and no compensation will be done as sufficient response time has been given.


**MEASUREMENTS/ REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS:

a. Measurements stated may vary 1-4cm as items are mass produced and different stretchability of the material. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect. 
b. For printed/ lace/ embroidery items, please note placement of prints/ lace/ embroidery will differ for every piece due to the cut of fabric.
c. Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences.
d. *Sale items may contain some small imperfections (loose thread/ small black stain/ yellow stain/ water stain/ small hole and etc.) which are not serious and will not affect the overall appearance. These are not considered defects. 


**DEFECTS ACCEPTED: 

Item torn/ Item big & permanent stained  (Return postage will be reimburse by Sweet & Classy in terms of store credit, we will send a brand new piece, same design and same size to buyer once the defective item is received.)

ALL Reasons listed below (a-f) are NOT accepted as defects:
a) color variation from product photos, e.g. pearl white vs white. 

b) slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print patterns and arrangements, lace arrangements, etc .

c) Slight size variation of within 1-4cm on measurements

d)  Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks, slight dotted stains/ dirt/ lines, color smudges and etc.

e) Self-inflicted damage or cut to the product.

f) Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference (thin material, inner lining torn, inner ribbon loop torn, inner layer stained and etc.)

*If the item is found defective, buyer must inform Sweet & Classy within 2 days upon receiving the parcel.
*Proof of defect must be provided by buyer and verified by Sweet & Classy to be eligible. 
*Defective item can be exchanged to a new piece of the same design and same size only. Exchange to other design or size is allowed if the design or size purchased sold out.
*Sweet & Classy reserves the right to reject the return of item that do not fulfill this Defect Policy.
